iCare Solutions Merseyside currently offer a wide range of services, this includes Domiciliary care, Continuing Health Care, Domestic calls, sitting calls, shopping calls, Sleeping nights and Waking nights. Our service users are supported to have maximum choice and control of their lives and staff supported them in the least restrictive way possible and in their best interests; the policies and systems in the service supported this practice. We provide a range of home care services across the St Helens, Knowsley and Sefton area. We provide a range of services including personal care, medication assistance, meal preparation, support and companionship, and domestic and shopping services. We support a number of individuals with enduring health conditions including dementia and memory issues, learning disabilities, and those with mental health needs and brain injuries. We pride ourselves in taking an asset-based approach to our care – we try to promote those we look after to live as independently as possible so they are able to live as much of an active life as they can. Our staff are highly skilled, and any additional training they require in order to meet the needs of our service users will be provided. Our aim is to ensure that your loved one remains happy, safe and well living at home. We have a small friendly staff team, led by our Care Manager Lee Kenny and Our Branch Manager Emily Robinson.
