At Care Solutions Nottingham we aim to run a consistent, reliable and punctual service, where our care workers do all that, they can do support our Service Users independence, and provide a service that helps to improve quality of life for those we look after. We want our Service Users to feel comfortable and safe with our care workers, ensuring that they treat the people we support and their home with dignity and respect. Care Solutions Nottingham were awarded a Contact with Nottinghamshire County Council in 2021 and since then the branch has grown steadily and ensuring that progress has been maintained in line with our commitment to providing a quality service for the residents of Nottinghamshire.

Our Care Solutions Nottingham branch is located in the heart of Stapleford, and we welcome enquiries to our office whether it be requesting a change to the commissioned care package, raising a concern, paying staff a complement of simply cancelling a visit. We operate an open, friendly, and responsive service both in the community and at our office base in Stapleford. We welcome ideas or suggestions about our service and operate an open-door policy where people can visit us at our Debry Road office any time you’d like Monday to Friday, 09:00-17:00.
